PSSSB Law Officer Result 2026 – Overview

The PSSSB has released the Law Officer result on its official website, publishing the provisional result of the written test for the post of Law Officer (Advertisement No. 03/2025) held on 03 January 2026. The list contains a total of 1,256 candidates, and all candidates who were issued roll numbers are mentioned with their roll number, name, father’s name, gender, category, and marks (if present in the exam; otherwise, “Absent” is indicated).

The toppers of the Law Officer result are two candidates who secured the same marks: GOORMEET SINGH, son of JASMEET SINGH, belonging to the General category with roll number 10599, and KANWARPAL SINGH RANDHAWA, son of SUKHWINDER SINGH RANDHAWA, also from the General category with roll number 11248. Both candidates scored 101.25 marks out of 120. We congratulate them on securing the top rank in their chosen post of Law Officer.

PSSSB Law Officer Result 2026 – Counseling Date

The counseling for the Law Officer has been scheduled by the PSSSB on 12 January 2026 (Monday) at the Forest Complex, Sector 68, Mohali. Please note the time of counseling for your respective category, which is mentioned in the PDF below under Important Links (Counseling Date and Annexures A, B, C, D, and E).

Here are the detailed instructions for counseling of the selected candidates:

• The names of the selected candidates are mentioned in Annexure E (PDF available in the Important Links below under Counseling Date and Annexures A, B, C, D, and E), along with the respective time and date of counseling for each candidate.
• Candidates are required to attend the counseling at Van Bhawan (Forest Complex), Sector 68, Mohali, Punjab.
• Please note that being called for or attending counseling does not give the candidate any right to appointment to the post.
• Candidates attending counseling must fill in and submit the attached proformas Annexure A, Annexure B, and Annexure C (PDF available in the Important Links below under Counseling Date and Annexures A, B, C, D, and E).
• Annexure E is only the schedule for counseling; it is not the final merit list.
• At the time of counseling, candidates must present their documents in order, tagged in a file, as specified in Annexure D.
