Junior Scale Stenographer & Stenotypist Recruitment – Skill Test Admit Card Released

The Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has issued an important update for candidates who applied for the posts of Junior Scale Stenographer and Stenotypist. The board has officially released the Admit Cards for the upcoming Stenography Skill Test on its official website.

Candidates who successfully applied under Advertisement No. 07/2023, 11/2024, and 14/2025 can now download their admit cards using their Application Number/Roll Number and Date of Birth. The skill test will be conducted from 26 June 2026 to 03 July 2026 in multiple shifts.

How to Download the Admit Card for Junior Scale Stenographer & Stenotypist?

Follow the steps below to download your hall ticket:

1. Visit the official PSSSB website – sssb.punjab.gov.in
2. On the homepage, click on the “Advertisements” or “Latest Updates” section.
3. Find and click on the link titled “Admit Card for Skill Test dated 26.06.2026 to 03.07.2026 for Steno posts.”
4. Enter your Application Number/Roll Number and Date of Birth.
5. Your admit card will appear on the screen – download and print it on A4 size paper.

Exam Centre Instructions

• Check the reporting time and exam centre address carefully on your admit card.
• Carry a printed copy of the admit card, along with a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport).
• Bring passport-size photographs as required.
• Follow all instructions mentioned on the admit card and reach the venue well in advance.
