Rule (1): Use of This and These
The word This is used when we point to a single person or object that is close to us. It always refers to something singular and near.

ਇੱਥੇ such = ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਗਲਤੀ।
Note: When such is used before a noun, it becomes a demonstrative adjective.
ਜਦੋਂ such noun ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਹ demonstrative adjective ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Example: Nobody can forgive you for such a mistake.

Rule (7): Use of The same
The phrase The same is generally used as a demonstrative adjective, not as a pronoun. It is placed before a noun to show identity or similarity.
The same ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ demonstrative adjective ਵਜੋਂ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, pronoun ਵਜੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ। ਇਹ noun ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਸਦੀ similarity ਜਾਂ identity ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
