  • Divyanshi Singh has become the first woman officer from the National Defence Academy (NDA) to be commissioned into the Indian Air Force’s ground duty branch.
  • Four new Namo Cities are planned to decongest the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR) at a cost of ₹5,000 crore over five years, aimed at promoting balanced growth across the NCR.   • The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Mohali conferred the Dr. Manmohan Singh Award for Academic Excellence on four scholars. The award, instituted to honour the late Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh Ji, was presented for the first time to Kaustubh Purohit (Biological Sciences), Nandana K.K.
